AIA Seminar Training “Cast Stone Standards for Design, Production and Installation” Presented by Craig Lyon and Jan Boyer.
This is training on a new seminar offering from the Cast Stone Institute that members can present to architects for one hour AIA health, safety and welfare credit.
The Cast Stone Institute® worked through The Masonry Society (TMS) to create new consensus based standards for Architectural Cast Stone design, fabrication and installation. These new Architectural Cast Stone Standards were adopted by the International Code Council (ICC) into the 2018 version of the International Building Codes (IBC). We had a presentation about this new document at the 2016 Convention and now we are making a similar presentation available to our members to present directly to architects. This is the first opportunity you will have to be trained to make this important new presentation.
